1. Product download.
2. Set the pasteurization temperature. The heating of the product depends on the power of the heating elements installed on the equipment (in general, 35-40 minutes).
3. After the product is heated, the set temperature maintenance mode is activated.
4. The operator turns off the heating and opens the faucet with running water.
5. The product is cooling down.
6. During cooling, the display shows the current temperature of the product.
7. Cooling with running water to 15˚C (up to 2-4˚C with ice water.
8. The pasteurization process is finished.

• long-term or low-temperature - heating to 63-65 °C with exposure for 25-30 minutes;
• short-term - heating to 72-76 ° C with holding at this temperature for 20-60 seconds;
• instant – 85 °C and above without holding.
